The staff was very easy to communicate with. We were allowed a slightly early check in which was helpful since we were pilgrims on the el Camino and had backpacks. They helped print shipping labels for our pack courier service and coordinated a taxi for our next stop since one of us could not continue the trek. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Right in the centre of Pamplona. A lovely hotel with even lovelier staff (Suzanne). There are stairs to get to lobby but they are very willing to help with your luggage. Suzanne walked me out too show where parking was as she was afraid we’d get a ticket. "
"Habitacion con dos camas individuales, baño y ducha en la habitacion. Con TV, aunque no iba muy bien. Suerte que habia aire acondicionado porque pillamos un fin de semana con altas temperaturas. La habitacion estaba limpia. A 5min del centro de Pamplona. Con paradas de bus cerca si aparcas en aparcamientos disuasorios"
