"Todo estuvo excelente, Antony fue muy buen anfitrión, el desayuno muy rico. El único pero es el estacionamiento, tienes que dejar el coche en un estacionamiento público, el más cercano son aproximadamente 400 pesos por 20 horas."

"Es el hotel perfecto; lujos, buena ubicación, muy bien decorado, excelentes atenciones… mi única observación es que tienen oportunidad de mejorar la calidad de los colchones, las camas son muy duras."

"First and foremost, the welcoming hospitality by all the staff. Very clean, convenient with a fine touch of Mexican history in the heart of Queretaro. The terrace restaurant La Grupa has one of the best views of modern and historic Queretaro. The only suggestion would be to have cooling equipment in the rooms, not only ventilators."

"Nice property in Centro Historico within walking distance to many plazas, churches, restaurants and other attractions. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was small but big enough for my wife and I. The water pressure in the shower was low but it's a good method to conserve water. The curtains in the unit where we stayed did not give enough privacy. If we're are in Queretaro again we would stay here again. "
