"The property was beautiful - especially the bar and sitting area. Breakfast and dinner was also good. Location was great too. The only item was the acoustics weren’t great in the rooms and we could hear noises outside the room but we were still able to sleep fine. "

Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away. "The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking...
