Room was relatively clean. Furniture needs upgrades. Older establishment needs some work. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is limited. Hotel was quiet in spite of long term rentals. Condition and amenities reflected in the lower price. I guess you get what you pay for.

It served the purpose for a low cost overnight stay. All staff interactions were positive, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, though the shower did not work.
