"Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only."

I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. "Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."

"I stayed for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was warm, courteous, and extremely helpful — thank you again for assisting me in finding an EU power adapter. The breakfast buffet was excellent, considering the room price. It was honestly as good as the breakfast at a five-star hotel I stayed at later on the island. The hotel is guest-friendly, with water, fruit, and snacks available throughout the day, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious. While my room was older, it was well maintained and comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower — the water pressure was quite low, and the tub was on the smaller side and was the only thing that was not dated. The town itself is quiet and tranquil, and the hotel is conveniently located right in the center, making it easy to access shops and take care of daily needs. The surrounding area is also beautiful, and I found driving around to be a pleasure wherever I went. Overall, my stay was relaxing, and I only wish I had scheduled a few more days. "
