"The property is beautiful once you find it. My Google maps was having a bit of a hard time. The car climb to the entrance of the hotel is...interesting. The restaurant offers basic fare, hamburgers, tacos and such. It was nice not to have to go out for dinner if you didn't want to. Some of the restaurant staff was not very attentive but the food was good. Running out of butter for the toast at breakfast was a little hard to understand. Overall a nice stay."

"Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

"Breakfast and the pool area were great. Location was great. Staff was very friendly. The room was just OK. Do not like air conditioner blowing on the bed should be located away from the bed. Rooms were musty. Didn't like the barn door to bathroom that was hard to move and the location of the room in back by the woods and couldn't use the patio because of the rain.
