The areas are clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the store is conveniently located just downstairs, the beach is just 3 minutes walking distance, close to all restaurants, shops, even the bus station is right there. "Very quiet spot, does not feel like the rest of Tamarindo. Walking distance to shops restaurants, and beaches. My wife and I were kicking off a month in Costa Rica and it was an excellent transition spot. The apartment felt very homey with a very comfortable king bed and a very nice kitchen area with a table. "The A/C worked really well and the rooms were perfect for our family of four. The shower worked great. Our favorite part was waking up in the morning to the patio table set for breakfast and a delicious, fresh meal made as soon as we came out. Our girls enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed that we could watch them from under the fan on our patio. This was a great spot with easy walking to restaurants and the beach too! "
"Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast was perfect. It's close to several restaurants, bars, cafes, and a grocery store. The beach and the main strip in Tamarindo are about a 10-15 min walk but we liked this as it kept it very quiet in the room. We stayed for 5 days without a car and did not feel we needed one.
Felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend

"Le propriétaire (Christian) est super sympathique. L'endroit est conviviale, chaleureux et accueillant. Les chambres sont convenables et confortables. Les deux seules lacunes sont le manque d'insonorisation entre les unités et l'eau chaude manquante. Pour ce dernier point, je crois que cela est une question d'ajustement car, étant ouvert que depuis quelques mois, ils ont encore des modifications à faire."
