This property is only a few short steps to 5th ave. And a BLOCK from an OXXO. The hotel has an artistic feel with artwork from local artist that are available for sale. A massive water fall in the lobby. The lobby is an open air lobby. So no air conditioning. Which is why they received a 4 instead of a 5. My patents are older and they are visiting and the heat is hard on them. While waiting in the lobby with no air conditioning. It was a bit hard for them. The rooms are clean and spacious, hotel is close to food, shopping and the beach. Will be back for sure.

My wife and daughters had stayed here 6 years ago and wanted to return. That was a mistake. The good: - Convenient location - Good water pressure - Nice artwork in the lobby The meh: - Nothing but Spanish channels on TV and no way to connect our phones to stream to the TV when we were unwinding from the day. The bad: - A/C was horrible. When we got to the room, the A/C was off. We turned it on but the room did not cool down. It was several hours until we realized the patio doors were open. We got the doors closed but we were miserable all night. The next day we asked if they could fix the A/C. They said they would but nothing got better. To make it worse, housekeeping turned off the A/C while we were gone for the day and the room was blazing hot all night again. We finally had to hide the A/C remote from hotel staff so it would stay on during the day. This helped keep it cool enough to sleep better but still not ideal. - Hotel staff seemed disinterested.

Todo iba bien peeero… la recepcionista fue extremadamente grosera, ni nos contestó el saludo, es una delgadita cabello corto, bajita. El señor de la noche no responde el saludo. LA ALBERCA NO ESTÁ EN FUNCIONAMIENTO DESDE HACE AÑOS!! (Te inventan una historia bien extraña haha me dijeron que le habían echado quimicos y la realidad es que tiene hasta basura) El ascensor sucio, les falta mantenimiento, no lo dejen caer, es un buen lugar. El desayuno incluido es pan, fruta echada a perder y y café malo. La ubicación es muy buena, la cama es la más comoda del mundo, del ruido depende en que temporada vengas, por el momento hay una construcción enfrente y empiezan a taladrar a las 4 am.

Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. L'emplacement est très pratique, proche de la 5eme avenue et de la plage. L'hôtel par contre est vieux. Il n'y avait pas de frigo dans notre chambre, ils ont proposait de nous en mettre un, mais il ne fonctionnait pas et dégageait de la chaleur et une très mauvaise odeur. La douche ne fonctionnait pas non plus, le plancher était sale, il n'y avait pas de couvertures. Aucun confort.

Luis and Jessica were great they provided everything we needed. The location was also great and there wasn’t many people there during our stay so we had to rooftop pool to ourselves. Would definitely stay there again!

this was a very cost effective property, but there were a number of problems that i had to accept because of the cost: the room safe was broken and could not be fixed. i was advised just to put the "do not disturb" sign on my door. i was not wary of staff, but that the hotel seemed quite open to non guests walking into and through the hotel. so my problem was not solved. i had to ask to have a small refrigerator brought to the room (the cupboard where it should have been was empty) and it took two days to get there. these are small things, so i was like "whatever", but they were problems that the staff couldn't solve easily. the hotel also hosts dance parties on the rooftop numerous nights, so sleep can be a challenge, if you go to bed before 1 or 2AM. most of the staff are very friendly and super helpful, but there are front desk staff who do not seem to care too much. overall, it was alright (i was in Mexico, that was good enough), but I will definitely not return to this property. its better to spend a little more money and get something with less or no problems.

Property was mostly clean but needs a bit of TLC, especially around the pool area. The area itself is nice - plenty of restaurants and things to see nearby. Unfortunately we had a lot of construction noise from next door and some music late into the night, but this is obviously outside the control of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing as they couldn’t cater for my gluten free wife other than providing a small bowl of fruit. All in all though our stay was decent and we would consider staying again

El hotel nuevo ha de haber estado muy bien y aunque goza de buena ubicación, pareciese que lo están dejando caer, caja de seguridad sin funcionar, puerta hacia balcón sin seguro tampoco y cosas que creo deberían arreglarse

It was a bitter experience staying in this hotel. No coffee/tea maker or water provided in the first day. Breakfast was poor quality. Only a bread toast with tea and some fruit. No choice. No towels were changed when room cleaning was done. Staff at reception was good and cooperative.

There is ample parking but a bit difficult to access if you are not a good driver. It has minimal space to move around, afraid of hitting other cars by accident.

It is a nice and clean hotel, 3 min walk to 5th avenue, breakfast is continental, but you can get anything you want for extra pay. We will definitely come back again! Thank you

I gave it 2 stars cause I feel bad for the staff. They are doing what they can. The pictures are not accurate. The “waterfall fountain is not working” the rooms are musty smelling. You get 1 rough towel per person- no hand towels, washcloths. A sheet on the bed. No blankets, nothing extra( I had to buy a blanket for myself from a store) toilet seat flopping around. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Pool cold, hot tub out of order. We were right under the rooftop deck that they have some type of dance club with seriously loud music till 1 am (I asked the desk and they said it was to go till 1 am.) we got stuck in the elevator and they acted like it happens all the time, No big deal to them. Breakfast is 2 pieces of toast a small cup of fruit and 1 cup of coffee or tea which my husband does not drink so we had to buy a bottle of water for him. They don’t open till 830ish so we only got the “breakfast” once which was plenty. It seriously felt like a comedy show and I wasn’t laughing. There were others in our group. 1 had no air at all and they couldn’t move her till the last day. There was another couple we saw locked out of their room for 3 hours and there was no one to fix the door. I guess if you don’t go with a big chain this is what you get but it’s definitely false advertising.

En algunos aspectos ya se ve deteriorado, en general bien para un hospedaje para llegar a descansar, puede mejorar el desayuno! El staff muy amable 👌
