"Room was neglected. Bad smell from the bathroom. No blankets in terrible cold weather.
It was raining very hard, we arrived one hour before check in, we contacted the property to allow us to check in earlier because of the weather and they didn't acommodated, we had to stay in the pouring rain waiting to be 3 pm to access the property.

"I stayed in winter so the area was much quieter than in summer ... just how I like it.
The accommodation was basic but comfortable and included a studio kitchen with electric hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery and plates.
Everything was very clean and all the staff were freindly and helpful.
Air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling.
Anything negative I could include here would be nit-picking.
Overall I would certainly recommend INN Mallorca Aparthotel.
