"ZERO STARS -OUR KEY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AWFUL DIRTY ROOM AND NO HOT WATER TO WASH OR SHOWER FROM ARRIVAL UNTIL WE LEFT AT 10AM THE NEXT DAY. WE COULDNT LEAVE QUICKLY ENOUGH. AVOID IT OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING ASAP DO NOT EXPECT CLEAN SHEETS OR HOT WATER OR ANY REASONABLE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNERS OR THISE REPLYING TO MESSAGES . THEY EVEN VISITED OUR ROOM AND DENIED THE STAINS/BLOOD OR WORSE ON THE CLEARLY VISIBLE AND UNIRONED SHEETS . NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND OLD UNCOMFORTABLE MATRESSES. THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE US FRESH SHEETS TO MAKE THE BED OURSELVES AND SAID IT WAS ALL LOCKED UP AND NOT POSSIBLE . STAINED WATER DAMAGED CEILING , DAMAGED FURNITURE AND PICTURES AND LOVELY NOTICE ON THE DOOR MESSAGES IGNORED , TOTAL DENIAL, NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO OFFER OF GOODWILL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE , THAT DOESNT SMELL OF SMOKE , WHERE YOU CAN GET HOT WATER, LIKE WE DID FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS IN A CLEAN PLACE "

"Great duplex apartment although the shower water in the main bathroom didn’t get particularly hot. It was no problem for both of us to use the en suite upstairs. Breakfast can be a bit busy so finding a free table can be a challenge but the food selection was good. "
