"THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was incredible. They called 30min before check in to see if I needed anything then proceeded to book our tours, dinner reservations and was so incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and so comfortable.
Another thing that stood out was that the owner was present, always seen in the lobby.

"We loved this apartment in Porto! It was close to the Sao Bento train station (10 min walk), laundromat (3 minute walk), grocery store (5 min walk) and some great restaurants. Kyle was awesome for communication and always communicated in a timely manner. The apartment itself is really great- awesome kitchen and living room area. We loved the fact that they had a water filtration system on the second floor so we could always fill up our water bottles! We highly recommend! "
"Cute but tight quarters - understandably not a family hotel. Very, very economical. Lovely hotel in the heart of everything. Staff was lovely. Spent time at the pool, breakfast was great, walking distance to everything. 5 stars. "

"Super clean, perfect location, and the beds were so comfortable and luxurious! The moment we checked in and opened the door to the Porto unit, the entire family was wowed. The space is so beautifully designed and functional. The amenities were well thought out with washer pods and dishwashing pods nicely organized. "Great central location, could easily walk to most all points of interest in Porto.
Apartment was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. The A/C was a welcome relief since our stay was during a major heat wave. Management was responsive and helpful."

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."
