The staff here was very nice & accommodating. The hotel & room themselves were so charming. We wished we stayed for longer! Be cautious, you will be walking up a lot of stairs there is no elevator. Location is perfect!

This boutique hotel is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We loved our room which was very spacious and had a great view. We also loved the breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect and near lots of shops. It’s a short walk to the river as well. It was great value for money the money and we would certainly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who were all so welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic location. Very warm, welcoming and helpful staff, on arrival and throughout the stay. Room was clean and comfortable, although quite small, especially when breakfast is taken in the room. However, this would not put me off staying here again.

The hotel was amazing. Clean, in a great location and the staff were amazing. There are a few stairs to climb but it is well worth it. The breakfast each morning was delicious and coffee and baked goods were always available.

My favorite thing about this hotel was the staff! They were so kind and helpful, always friendly when we came in or left. The location was excellent, the only thing that was difficult was all the stairs! There is a set of stairs to get to reception, then depending on your room location, more stairs to get there (but the staff helped us carry the big bags to and from our room, which was awesome). Rooms were clean, and the bathroom/room set up was nice.

It was a nice and safe property in Porto. Very convenient to walk around to scenic points. The breakfast is excellent with choices. I like the freshly squeezed orange juice so much. Room service breakfast is very good and convenient to us.

The hotel location was excellent--very close to everything. The hotel itself had great service and was clean and high quality. However, there is NO lift in this hotel so the two flights from the street to reception and another flight up to the room was a bit of a hardship for seniors. The reception staff did help take our bags upstairs and down again, but still this seems like a real limitation you should know about before booking. The price was really excellent too for this location.

Be sure you know about the stairs, but if you have the mindset that you’re just gonna deal with them, the place is amazing! The friendliest people, the best breakfast and very comfortable beds. The location cannot be beat, and it is close to great food, shopping, and all the tourist things.
