"Arco Apartments is a true gem in Porto. The location is fantastic, right by the old city in a unique historic Arc and stairs. While the stairs can be a bit challenging, there’s a wonderful wine bar next door that makes for a perfect pause. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. The cute patio was a lovely bonus. A perfect blend of charm, style, and convenience. Highly recommended."

"Fabulous hotel. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and quite kind. The property was beautiful. Heated pool and sauna were very nice. And the little gym had all the necessary equipment to get in a good workout. Very pleased with my time at the hotel. Would stay there again for sure!"

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Kitchenette was stocked well. There was a bit of street noise on a Thursday night, but it quieted by 11. "

"Our welcome was just so special, the staff was so pleasant and kind. We got a hand written welcome card with a little desert plate. The room was cozy and spotless every day! Morning time was so special with sit down a la carte breakfast menu! "

"Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend. "

"The stay was overall excellent. The staff friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet good but would have appreciated seeing different options. The food at the bar could improve as well but was not bad. The only problem is that taxis can't drop you off at the hotel and you have to walk uphill a little with the luggage. I would absolutely return. Money well spent. "

"The apartment was spotless, modern, luxuriously decorated & very spacious (apt#5). Picture on website are accurate. Good water pressure, good appliances, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of toiletries. The location was central to everything - we didn’t need a car. It was serviced every day including towels and coffee cups!!!
