"The late night receptionist was borderline rude. The room was spacious but the floor that did not have carpeting had some cleaning product on it that left my footprints in it. Breakfast was good."

"Really like this hotel. Stay here as it's near family. Decently clean and well kept. Newness has not warn off. Nice staff as well. However, just know, this hotel books a lot of youth sports groups on weekends. It wears the staff down as parents just do not supervise their kids."

"Only person nice and helpful was the older man a Marine of 30yrs on night shift. Fridge didnt work lost food. Curtain filthy. Could not evem get some to bring towels after asking twice and then one person spoke no English but couldn't help. Cars in spots but not licensed appropriate which keeps others parking further away. Two women on 3rd floor smoking things they should not be( not weed) Comfort stained. Smelled like smoke. Felt unsafe. Air/Heat did mot work appropriately.Eggs, gravy, biscuits cold and gravy. Rude day staff every day and Thurs night. I asked for a mgr to talk to and told no one could help and I feel we should be compensated in some way for paying 300$ for horrible conditions.We stay here a yr ago and every city one is typically in for travel and NO more"

"The room was mostly clean, however there was a dried contact on the nightstand, and parts of the rug were sticky. The TV in the kids cabin kept shutting off, and the daybed was broken in the sense that kids could get splinters, not that they couldn’t sleep on it. The refrigerator froze our drinks and food and the dial on it was broken so we couldn’t change the setting. Other than that we loved everything. "

"Room: Was clean but dated, Housekeeping never came to freshen towels, bed, etc. Bathroom was very dated, inside shower was dark so hard to read what the items were (shampoo / conditioner / body wash). Toilet was dated - too low, uncomfortable, and too close to water! Electric outlets do not accommodate today's electric components (phone/computer) Bar: Happy Hour selection for beer was awful and limited - $3.00 up-charge for a decent selection of beer. Suggestion - if you won't offer a decent selection, simply eliminate the "Happy Hour", track what the customers ask for and improve the selection. Snacks bar - (I will confess I did not go there) what I saw other patrons getting were mostly salad and cheese offerings and nothing salty to encourage more drinks Breakfast: Day 1 - 6:30 was fine but very minimal offerings outside of omelet station (which I did not have time to wait for). Day 2 - 6:45 still no breakfast meat offering for buffet - very disappointing (I did ask breakfast Chef for some beacon) Staff: I had minimal interaction with staff. Desk Clerk was nice, professional, but struggled at each station to get me a room key - for a reservation, shouldn't that have been made in advance? I was never recognized as a HH's Guest while I saw other HH' Guests receive their water and "Welcome Bag". Had to call for Wi-Fi. I Never saw a Manager. There was nothing to indicate any welcoming feeling, gratitude for choosing ES, no indication to come back for future stays. "
