Couldn’t understand the front desk clerk that spoke with a very specific accent and very fast . I have no idea what he said to me. Hallway carpets we’re filthy.

The facility is very nice, clean, and the staff is outstanding. The breakfast was incredible as well and the pool and hot tub are nice. It's easy to get into Kansas City but far enough out it's quiet. We had a great time and will stay again on our future KC trips.

I love staying here when visiting family and when I have an event in KC. Platte is so nice and this hotel offers so much for a really great price. We stayed for two nights this trip but have stayed here many times before and never had any complaints. Employees are very respectful and accommodating and the pool and hot tub are a nice amenity. The rooms are always well kept and clean. If you get room 127 I would request a change because the right bed is not comfortable at all.

We arrived around 9pm . Staff was away from counter, they were very apologetic when they did arrive about 10 minutes later. I think there was a scheduling issue.

Great hotel. The 3rd floor hallways smelled like essential oils and other smell good fragrances. The room was large. The beds looked like king sized beds although they were actually queen bed. The room looked to have been renovated recently and was very nice. The bedding was super comfortable.

We stayed there 3 weekends every time the same things were broken or out of order. The juice dispenser never worked the lid was falling off the sausage pan the last time there was no sausage. The batter for the waffles would not come out of the dispenser.
