"The offer we received for the property was nothing near to reality. Furniture is in very bad condition. Sofabed needs to be disposed. Bath tub needs to be replaced. Mold in the bath windows. Curtain in the bathtub full of mold. We rented for 3 days for 3 people nd only gave us one very very small soap for all and 1 very small bag of body soap. I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. Other than the location-based nothing is worth it. "

"Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. "I enjoyed the gardens around the property; the building itself was gorgeous! However, my door did not automatically lock even after I was given a new key card, and the bathroom had an odd smell that persisted even after I had left the doors open to air it out."
