"I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past decade and have never had a complaint worth mentioning. The staff has consistently been courteous and helpful throughout the years. The breakfast is excellent—full and noticeably improved over time. The location is a major plus, with close proximity to the mall, Target, and other spots all within walking distance. Highly recommend!"

"Never was told I had to pay $10 for parking until I checked in...... bad way to start out a stay when the parking spots are right against the hotel. I was given a room that had bad beds. So soft and springy anytime my significant other moved the bouncing woke me up. The mattress was cheap. Nice hotel but I won't stay there ever again I like a good night's sleep. Breakfast sandwiches were overpriced as well. There was also no reason why I had to pay for parking since the parking spots were plentiful and owned by the hotel. included around the building."

"Once I checked in and tried to shower, they body wash not not filled to they gave me bars of soap which if lucky got through the shower . After alerting the front desk about the body was not being filled it took them 2 days to final get it filled House keeping cannot fiill the shampoo or body wash only maintenance but they were short because 1 maintenance was on vacation for 2 weeks. Also put in for a wake up call and did not get the wake up call at all and then tried again and the call came in 30 minutes late. Then you pay for the room being cleaned and all they do is empty trash and replace towels On the third day thats when they change the sheets, they don't even straighten the bed up on the other 2 days, what are you paying for nothing it seems like"
