We had to evacuate for the hurricane and the staff did everything possible to make us comfortable. It’s not the newest property but it is close to a lot of food and shopping options. We especially appreciated how kind the staff was.

Luckily I brought something that made the room smell better! We sprayed then went to dinner and when we got back it wasn’t too bad! They gave us a small discount when checking out! On the good side it was a convenient location!

I liked that there were shops nearby and how walkable ithe location was. Our room was spacious. We had two queen beds and a kitchenette with ample storage, Tv, iron. Very spacious and attractive.I loved the fresh, white towels and bedding. If i were to suggest improvements it would be to remove or change carpeting, countertops and reglaze or change bathtub/ shower. For the exterior, I found the walkways, steps heavily soiled from foot traffic and in need of a good powerwash. It rained frequentlyduring our visit and water would pool on walkways sometimes more than 1-2 feet wide and in front of room doors. Perhaps installing rain gutters to channel runoff safely and out of the way of guests. Lastly, I would add signs ( perhaps in the parking lot) and by the stairs directing guests on where to put their trash as some left their trash under the steps which the place feel unkempt. Love, love the fresh white towels, bedding!! The staff was helpful too.

The room had cockroaches, the sink was full of stains. It was the worst hotel experience in my life, but the staff is good. Even though they didn’t want to refund my money and Expedia didn’t help me get my refund as well, I’ll have to talk with my bank

This has been the best Extended Stay visit I've ever had. The hotel is clean and safe. You get a family feel as soon as you walk in and are greeted by Monique or Valda. Everyone is very helpful and accompdating. The room is clean and smelled great when we fiest walked in. You can tell housekeeping goes above and beyond and management does their job well. I've never seen problematic guests be met with such patience and grace. This is a great place to stay!

The counters were stained and dirty; they clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a staple sticking out of one of the cabinets. The shower curtain rod fell on my husband when he attempted to shower. Staff were kind and accommodating, and moved us to a new room. The new room was a bit cleaner. The next morning I woke up to water dripping on the floor in the bathroom - there was a giant leak in the ceiling. This place is fine for a person just needing a place to sleep. However, I was disappointed bringing my two small children here.

Terrible place. Please avoid it at any cost

Terrible experience. Check in staff not friendly at all. Hotel is horrible. Not clean at all Rooms are conjusted and floor carpet is yucky. Couldn’t put our feet on it. They say free breakfast, but breakfast is muffins and coffee and bananas only. Bathrooms are terribly old. Bed sheet is not clean. I fear bed bugs there.. Please avoid this place at any cost

I didn’t realize that homeless folks use extended stay often. My wife and I wouldn’t use the tub/shower. It was cracked and falling in. Rusting shower head and other parts. Red paint (?) splattered all over bathroom vanity. Rusted old microwave. Remote didn’t have a back to hold in batteries. Rusty old lights. One by bed stand didn’t work. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and clean. That’s the only reason we stayed the night. For 30-50 dollars more a nite, we could have had a normal comfortable stay. We’ve started at extended stays before. Very disappointing. At least the Rod Stewart concert was great!

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. While the room was convenient for its purpose, there are a few issues I would like to address. The rooms need to be updated. The rug on the floor was filthy, the bathroom you can see the separation between the tub and tiles. The shower curtains were to short causing was to spill on the floor. The AC vent was deplorably dirty. I was there for three weeks from Nov 12-30, 2024 and my room wasn't clean once. I was informed that the rooms are clean every 14 days. The fridgerator was leaking water called it in but no one ever came to correct the issue. If they can correct those things the place would be a great place to stay.

The property is a bit shabby away from the main building. The toilet had a "sensor" that allowed the tank to fill but several times, there was no water in the tank. I thought it was broken, but the maintenance man explained that it was a water saving feature. The shower had such low water pressure, that should have been enough in savings! The most popular Cosco in town was just across the street, so traffic was very heavy day and night. I killed two German Roaches in the bathroom, a dog in the next room barked continually when his people where away and there was no loaner hairdryer. The nice front desk ladies were pleasant and one did loan me a coffee maker, but a person would assume there would be one provided in an "extended stay" facility. Sorry, for the prices, I certainly couldn't recommend this place, except that there are restaurants and shopping nearby.

I unfortunately had the worst experience at this property. I booked this extended stay while transitioning homes and having a gap of time in between. The room where we stayed at smelled like weed every single evening upon arriving from work/school. My asthmatic daughter developed Asthma attacks while staying at this hotel due to the strong odor of weed and cigarretes. The staff were beyond helpful to try to provide an odorless room however it was only one bed instead of 2 bc they were sold out. I paid for a room with double beds, and half of my stay was actually a room with only one bed. I was forced to split my family and look for further accomodations. People who lived or stay there throw garbage everywhere and they sit and smoke on the stairs next to the sign that clearly stays "no smoking." In addittion, ramdom cars are always parked in the parking lot with people which is very suspicious and feels somewhat unsafe especially at night. I do not recommend spending a dollar on this property. The keys will continually get deactivated and you were forced to go to the lobby upon your arrival daily. The ladies at the front desk are sweethearts "Alicia and Delvah" but unfortunately they really try to make magic to make their guest feel comfortable with the conditions and many issues this property have.
