"AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out.
