Hotelbom, mas água fria e sem aquecimento.

O hotel é bom, bastante bom. Não sei se realmente demos muito azar ou se a falta de água quente e cheiro de esgoto no quarto são recorrentes. O fato é que sentimos um cheiro estranho de esgoto no banheiro. A noite foi fria e os aquecedores não esquentaram: da mesma forma, não havia água quente no chuveiro e torneira. Questionei a recepção, que informou ser um problema pontual. Mas saímos sem tomar banho. E pagamos a diária para ter água quente.

Amazing hotel, rooms were immaculate and look liked they had been recently renovated to a standard equivalent to that of a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend the on-site restaurant for an excellent evening meal

The location and the view was excellent. Nice calm place close to Ceske Budejovice and Cesky Krumlov. Not too difficult to find it. The apartment was clean. Comfortable beds. There was no soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was in "minimalist style". They did not like if we asked some sausage or etc. They were not so friendly. What a pity!

Good budget accomodation close to Cesky Krumlov

We enjoyed our stay in guesthouse Stilec. It is 15 minutes by car to Cesky Krumlov and price for accomodation including breakfast is much cheaper than in the town. The guesthouse is clean, personal friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but good, our room was simple but clean and comfortable. Morning was cold so we enjoyed fire in fireplace during our breakfast. There is secure parking place too. Guesthouse is located by the main road to Cesky Krumlov, so with open window you can hear all the cars going by. And if you need, you can use outdoor sauna for less then 10 euros/person/3 hours.

Ein in jedem Punkt tolles Hotel

100%ige Weiterempfehlung! Ein rundum super gutes Hotel. Tolle Lage, kein Lärm von umherliegenden Straßen. Massiv gebaute Wände, sodass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstücksangebot. Das Zimmer war in einem tadellosen Zustand, selbst wenn man Schmutz suchen wollte hat man keinen gefunden. Abgesehen davon ist ebenfalls lobenswert, dass unser Auto auf einem gesicherten, abgeschlossenen Gelände parken konnte. Man brauchte sich somit zu keiner Zeit über irgendetwas Gedanken zu machen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch öfter besuchen.

Great value for money

Very nice place. Great room overlooking a lake. Terrific value for money. Also a good breakfast. You need a car or motorcycle for here, but it's quite close to Cesky Krumlov so visiting there for the day is easily done.

Fajne miejsce blisko Czeskich Budziejowic i Czskiego Krumlova. Okolica bardzo ładna, obok jezioro można łowić ryby, czysto, ładnie i bardzo zadbanie. Śniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego tradycyjnie jak w Czechach sery, wędliny, jajka, parówki, powiodła, płatki dla dzieci, jogurty naturalne owoce itp. My mieliśmy pokoje numer 33 i 34 każdy ma dwa pokoje jedno i dwu osobowe i łazienka.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit anliegendem Restaurant

Wir haben das Zimmer zwar nur für eine Nacht / Zwischenstop genommen aber waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer... bzw 2etagige Ferienwohnung war großzügig geschnitten und wir hatten mit 2 Kindern mehr als genug Platz. Leider sind die 2 Fernstrassen in der Nähe ziemlich laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We found this hotel to be clean, tidy and well set out although you could easily hear the neighbours! Their restaurant was warm and accommodating and the food very good. Given the cost ands Star rating we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel in keeping with its' Star rating of 3 stars. Dom and Tasha (Perth, West Australia)

Penzion Stilec dobrá adresa

Strávili jsme v jižních Čechách krásné 3dny,vyplněné návštěvou historických památek,Český Krumlov,Telč a Třeboň.Při zpáteční cestě jsme se stavili na Lipně na Stezce v korunách stromů.Můžu všem doporučit.Penzion Stilec svou polohou byl ideálním místem.Ráno dobré snídaně a večer při návratu velmi chutná jídla ve velkém výběru.Možnost parkování na privátním parkovišti byl další příjemný bonus

Great apartment overlooking small lake

My travel buddy & I stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for 2 nights September 2015. Great base for day trips to Ceske Krumlova. We went Kyaking , castle touring & shopping. All to come back to a roomy apartment with a balcony overlooking the lake. Wine at sundown and coffee in the morning. Breakfast included and very tasty. Staff was very helpful . Rooms were clean and large. Price was great. What else could you ask for? Very relaxing after being on road trip for a week . Wished we didn't have to press onward!

Okolí pěkné ale co je to platné když přííííšerně vrže postel.............. jakýkoliv pohyb na posteli je naprosto vyloučen, vhodné pro dlouhodobé páry které v posteli jen nehybně spííí .)

Great Place to Stay

This hotel came as a pleasant surprise to us. We did not have high expectation because of the relatively low rate and some of the pictures on the website were not impressive. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel sits near a lake and as a matter of fact, it is located near a well-maintained resort of sort with cabins and camping sites. The hotel itself feels like a small village. It is very quite there. The hotel rooms are like cottages. The landscapes were beautiful and hotel staff was professional and friendly. Parking is free on site and they also have a gated parking lot for the security of your cars. There is a nice restaurant on site so it is so easy to walk there to have meals and the food there was pretty good. The breakfast was included. Even not considering the price paid, it is an excellent place to stay. We stayed in over 10 hotels for this trip and this one is certainly on the top of our favorites.

Schönes Familienhotel am See

Ein sehr schönes kleines Familienhotel, gutes Frühstück incl. . Am Abend kann man in der modernen und trotzdem gemütlichen Gaststätte gut und preisgünstig essen und trinken. Sehr empfehlenswert. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 km südlich von Budweis an einer Fernverkehrsstrasse. Trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee am Hotel ein.
