"No decaf coffee in room & promised bring up. Didnt happen. None! Excessive wait time when calling to book and in room. Not reliable. As soon as you leave front desk your on your own. They never follow thur to bring anything to room. Hotel is good, rooms good. Front desk & hotel personal NOT so good."

"I frequently visit here when I want to have some “me” time. I love the front desk people. I wish housekeeping would follow through with some of the personal requests. I love that it is in the middle of a large number of restaurants. This is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone."

"This place is only good for spending the night, because they charge for every other amenity they have and don't provide much of those if the first place. The internet connection was really bad to non-existent. No breakfast, but they are located next door to a great Korean restaurant. Other options are in the area, too."

"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "
