"All the staff and in particular Emma of the Concierge have been great and very helpful in sorting out a problem and getting us to the airport when our rented car had broken down.

"The hotel is nice , our terrace faced the ocean and was quite large. Restaurants, shops, and he beach are nearby and walkable . Parking was right around the corner ."

Slight problem with our shower drain, he offered to change the room but we managed, all staff very helpful.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre-ville, littéralement à deux pas de tout, avec un très beau petit jardin permettant de s’échapper de la cohue des touristes dans les rues. Le personnel a été accueillant, disponible et attentionné du début à la fin.
Nous avons été logés dans une maison à côté de l’hôtel — un peu surpris à notre arrivée : la chambre était confortable, très propre, donnant sur une petite terrasse avec ses deux chaises et sa table,...
"Great place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean and also serviced daily.
Location is ideal, only a couple of minutes walk from the main part of the town, whilst being very quiet at night for a good nights sleep.
Really can’t fault this hotel at all! We hope to stay again in the future."
"EXCELLENT Hôtel avec thalasso. Le personnel d'une manière générale est très attentionné, très agréable et très professionnel. Ce qui de nos jours est fort appréciable. Le SPA et la piscine extérieure sont parfaits. Le restaurant permet de rester sur place."

"A great location only seconds away from Port Vieux beach yet set on a quiet road. The hosts Stephanie & Thierry are super helpful.
They are proud and passionate Basques who can recommend what we see in the region.
Breakfast was lovely including local Basque cheese, ham & jam.
The only place to stay in Biarritz in my opinion.
