"the staff were friendly and the room was good. i did feel that for the price for the room, paddle boards should be free to use and maybe they can have a few more available. also, same with the bikes. offering some complimentary evening snack or something would also be good. four star places include breakfast or these type of things to make it an elevated experience beyond just a hotel in a good location. the sauna was nice and the outdoor small pool was closed when we wanted to use it. also more...

"The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the old part of town, close to parks and the lake. We were able to walk into town, explore, head back for a break and then go right back exploring. Breakfast was very good and the eating area and patio were fantastic. The first lady that met us upon check in wasn't very friendly but the rest of the staff were excellent."

"Great room, very nice early check in and special directions were key to get to the hotel because it’s in the heart of the town. Excellent location! Private secure garage parking was also key. "I appreciated that the staff allowed me to store my luggage and also offered me a shower, which was helpful. However, overall the experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The common shower area was not clean, and even the one in my room did not feel comfortable to use barefoot. It felt more like a poorly maintained shared space than a proper bathroom.
