"When we arrived to Brisa we were escorted to our room by staff and given a quick tour of the room. We quickly noticed that we did not have a pull out couch (we booked the 2 bedroom with 3 beds beach access) and when one of my guests went to inform staff and initially received an attitude that we “did not rent the cot as we were supposed to”. "The staff at this property was incredible- they learned me and my son’s name by day two of our stay- and they were on top of everything. The resort offers free bikes and kayaks, loved that.
