"Reception staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast v good adequate overall good experience"

"This is a good place to stay for a family"

"Unhappy that we are still waiting for our $100 security deposit despite leaving the room in a clean and tidy state. Many tiled surfaces were dangerous in the wet conditions that we experienced over the week we stayed. There was quite a musty smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodoriser. One positive remark is that staff placed us in o lower level unit when asked that made wheelchair access a bit easier, unfortunately though, access to the road was not possible due to a number of...

"Excellent for a quick visit!"

"The location is good , it’s clean but room is outdated . Staying for 3 nights and only 1 roll of toilet paper given is ridiculous or otherwise they will charge you for 2 dollars extra to have a toilet paper roll. No cleaning of room until the duration of your stay and you pay when changing towels."

"Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...

"Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo"

"In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??"

"Close to the beach (fabulous) and airport (great but noisy at times). Very friendly and helpful staff. It was convenient to have a mini bar, however, a few free treats would have been even better. Great stay, we will come back again."
