"All good"

"This is a good place to stay for a family"

"Unhappy that we are still waiting for our $100 security deposit despite leaving the room in a clean and tidy state. Many tiled surfaces were dangerous in the wet conditions that we experienced over the week we stayed. There was quite a musty smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodoriser. One positive remark is that staff placed us in o lower level unit when asked that made wheelchair access a bit easier, unfortunately though, access to the road was not possible due to a number of...

"Excellent for a quick visit!"

"Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. "In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??"

"Pool wasn’t the best for a young family."

"Clean and convenient. High quality with great kitchenette."

"gr8"

"Close to the beach (fabulous) and airport (great but noisy at times). Very friendly and helpful staff. It was convenient to have a mini bar, however, a few free treats would have been even better. Great stay, we will come back again."
