"We stayed for two nights to celebrate our son’s birthday, and the trip got off to a great start—our room was ready much earlier than the usual check-in time. The staff was friendly, personable, and professional from the moment we arrived.
Shortly after settling into our first room, we ran into a major issue (which will remain between us and the hotel staff). The front desk attendant, Anastasia, immediately stepped in, handled the situation, and moved us to a new room without hesitation.
After getting comfortable in the second room, the General Manager reached out personally to apologize and made every effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the same issue popped up again—but once more, Anastasia sprang into action. She personally checked a third room, ensured it was issue-free, and upgraded us in the process.
Once the dust settled, the rest of our stay was smooth sailing. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have never experienced any problems before. What really stood out was how quickly and professionally the entire staff handled everything. Because of that level of care and service, this definitely won’t be our last stay."
