"The view is great and the management was very easy to contact while being eager to help out. The location is perfect for being close to plaza de Armas without it being quite so busy.

"Most incredible view of the city and many awesome sites and restaurants within walking distance. Loved it. The Ensalada Espesial from a vegan restaurant nearby was without a doubt, the best salad I have ever eaten. "

"Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated."

"We had a nice time with the family. The staff was taking care of all our wishes and served a nice breakfast even though a big group was there at the same time"

"Super close to bus shuttle. It was walking distance which helped after a long day on the train and bus from Aguas Calientes. It was a bit of a walk to get to the plaza but still manageable either by foot or uber. The hotel had a restaurant which stayed open until late. And breakfast was pretty good. They didn’t have water in the room though so you had to go downstairs to get it. And tub felt a little high to get in and out."
"This property is very quaint. I don’t think it’s exactly as pictured whoever took the photos did a good job. The hotel is much smaller than it appears in the picture. To enter the hotel you have to be buzzed in and out. I had a bathroom emergency and got back to the hotel buzz the door no one was at reception. I had to wait at least 5 mins before I went inside very inconvenient. Also the altitude in Cusco was crazy and the hotel had no elevator so getting to the fourth floor you feel like you’re dying for oxygen. The best thing about this place was the lady that prepares breakfast she is so homey and motherly her presence feel like a warm hug. The morning receptionist is great. The night time receptionist Jesus can’t be bothered with anyone and he is not helpful. When u asked him a question it feels like you are bothering him."
"Great location and excellent service. You can actually breathe in the rooms and this helped greatly with the altitude.
Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were huge and super quiet.
Highly recommend to stay here.
Marco at breakfast in the restaurant had impeccable service and Manuel on the door was super helpful and friendly. Your motel is a stand out for service. We also stayed at the Novotel in Cusco, don’t bother. They should send their staff to you to get training. Excellent stay at the Wyndham!!!"
"Beautiful, clean hotel with an awesome rooftop terrace at a very great location right across the street from the San Pedro Market and 10 minutes walk to the Plaza De Armas. There is a huge modern grocery store 3 minutes around the corner. Delicious huge breakfast every morning 6-9 AM. The staff was excellent. If I had one complaint it would be there is a refrigerator in the room that wasn't plugged in and there was ho receptacle to plug it in and we didn't know until all of the food we were keeping went bad."
Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott
8/10 Good
"The property was lovely. The food was good, location was excellent. One thing I didn’t appreciate is that I was told I’d be given a 25 USD spa credit. I used the spa for both days of my stay, and both times, the spa people tried to convince me to extend my treatment rather than apply the credit! So if my treatment was for 60 minutes and 220 soles, they asked me to consider an extra 20 minutes instead of applying the 25 USD discount. It was only after I insisted, did they relent. I found it tiresome especially because it wasn’t a one time thing, they were quite persistent and I had to really hold my ground to apply the amount rather than extend my treatment."
"Airport pickup drop off was great; checkin was smooth; Reception staff was helpful; while the rooms are nit fancy, they are very functional and spacious; bedding was clean and beds were firm and ideal for us as we dislike soft beds. Bathrooms were very clean as well; only negative would be the floor carpets, and bedding runners, both looked old and could use a refresh;
Highlight was definitely the breakfast with ample variety of local and standard options;
location is also a plus because it’s 10 min walk to Plaza De Armas, and yet, it’s not as noisy or busy as it is closer to the plaza;"
