"Vielen Dank nochmals an das nette und hilfsbereite Personal vom Hotel. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen (kostenloses Zimmerupgrade) und uns wurde sehr vom Personal in einer Notsituation geholfen. Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige grüne Anlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet alles, was man braucht."

"Lovely property, beautifully furnished in an elegant style. Nice bar around the corner open till late, but needed to go into the city to find somewhere to eat
Our only issue was the advertised pool was not open, though clearly had been
When we asked about it the owner said no
We went down to the pool area to sit out and he was there covering it up so clearly had been open"

"We didn't realize when we booked that this was an Air B & B. No matter, it was clean and very spacious. The room was great, and it was so well air conditioned — which really mattered during the heat wave! This was my first time to spend the night in Pisa, and I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood where the room was located. "We had a fantastic few days - the staff were lovely and the rooms etc were really clean. We booked breakfast prior to our stay and we were so pleased that we did as it was amazing. There are a number of buses that can be caught a few minutes from the hotel which go directly to the train station and then it’s a stroll to the tower. We were really pleased with our stay."

"Staff from the bar was very rude specially the manager,reception staff have no idea on regards to oriented customers to was around the area
