"We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. There was fruit, yogurt, and juice in the mini fridge and a few packaged items on the table each day. Nothing special. Don't stay here for the breakfast. Stay here for the location and...

"We decided to stay here for a couple of days after flying into Italy. We arrived late but the staff made us welcome and helped with all our bags. The room, in the main villa, was wonderful. The grounds, pool and breakfast were great. We had not booked at the restaurant the second night but they provided us with dinner in the villa as a ‘take out’ which saved us from having to find a restaurant after a long day visiting towns. "Booked to stay here 2 nights following late arrival / early departure at Pisa airport. It really does only take 5 mins to walk over so very convenient. The room was clean and had air conditioning, towels provided - we didnt need anything else. Good selection for breakfast and the owners were very welcoming despite late arrival and ensured we had access to the breakfast from 5am on departure "
