A wonderful 4 night ski break at Chalet del Sogno

Lovely traditional alpine hotel. Great location next to Spinale Lift Station (2 mins walk from the hotel boot room) & only 8 min walk to village centre, either across the local park or down the quiet road. Excellent service received from all the attentive, friendly hotel staff. Brilliant pre-holiday communication and assistance via email. Good choice of items on the buffet breakfast, but would like to see more hot choices...i.e. sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms, hash browns etc. You can choose from either fresh eggs, eggs Benedict, pancakes or omelet from the menu. Can't comment on the dinners as we ate out every evening. Large room with living area and large bathroom with bidet and shower. Walk-in wardrobe and separate wardrobe in the entrance hall. No dressing table and mirror in the bedroom. Room facilities included bathrobes, slippers, hot water bottle, hairdryer,TV, safe. Kettles are available upon request. No mini bar or fridge. Hotel can arrange airport transfers Euro 290 one way (this rate from Milan Bergamo). 2 ski storage rooms in the hotel garage on the lower ground floor with heated boot racks. Direct door access to the road next to the lift station. Ski hire available from hotel but we hired from the ski hire shop next to the lift station because we had a 15% discount from the local ski school. Reception staff were helpful in assisting with lunch and dinner reservations in resort. Afternoon tea 4-5pm choice of 2 cakes. No complimentary tea/coffee.

Fantastic in Madonna Di Campiglio

We had a wonderful week at Chalet del Sogno. The hotel is very close to one of the main lifts in Madonna. The room had all you could wish for, the bed was comfortable and they even made the room ready for the night every evening. The staff where at all time helpful and caring, always ready to help for anything you ask for. You almost felt like being a part of a family which is nice. The breakfast was more than enough, very fresh and the staff could help you with your requests. And on top of everything the ristorante, Due Pini was excellent. We had several dinners there and the food was the best we had in Madonna that week and service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the fish dishes and the presentation of the food. The only thing that we can say was not 100% was the speed of the internet. It was acceptable but not good. However we got a lot of help and could use their equipment when we had these problem. Also a sign of the staffs service mind. We highly recommend this hotel and ristorante and will of course stay here next time we visit Madonna.

Hiking, fietsen en skieen.

Super mooie lokatie in de bergen. Zeer vriendelijk en zorgelijk personeel. In de winter is dit een super plek voor diegene die van skieen houden en in de zomer voor diegene die van hiking en fietsen houden.

A lovely hotel in a special area...the highlight was taking the lift to the top of the mountain and walking down...excellent food at the hotel if a bit pricey and formal...we enjoyed the spa and the whirlpool in our room...very comfy place.

Beautiful Hotel !Ski in-Ski out

A beautiful chalet right next to the gondola provides easy access to the slopes. Wonderful attentive staff does everything to make you feel at home. Rooms are very clean and spacious,lounge area very nice for après ski treat. Owner even took time to give a tour of the mountain while skiing.We were very impressed. Overall a five star experience for all!!

Un hotel ideal para esquiar y relajarse

Está en un lugar inmejorable a 25mts del telecabina Spinale. El servicio excelente. El desayuno muy bueno. No tiene restaurante pero no es problema porque hay muchos restaurantes en la zona. El spa es pequeñito pero está bien para relajarse después de esquiar. El único problemilla es que la temperatura de la piscina es un poco baja, le faltan 3 ó 4 grados.
