"Made very welcome by the reception staff and then later by the restaurant staff .
Excellent room with all the usual facilities.
Great Hotel handy for the Theatre Royal .
Keep up the good work .
Only negative side at breakfast no waiting staff to serve tea and coffee .
The machine alternative is a poor substitute with many guests struggling to operate the drinks vending machine ."
