"I really loved this hotel. It’s modern inside and perfectly located in the center of Funchal. The place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the shower was excellent. For one person, the room size was just right, but if you’re traveling with someone else, you’ll definitely want a larger room. The only drawback was parking. "A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants...

"Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. Am Ende des Urlaubes hat man sich mit einem Pikolo entschuldigt."
