"It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. We had a maintenance person come three separate occasions - to which they reported that it worked in great condition.

My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. "100% of communication is via automated service/chatbot.
We requested early checkin, which wasn’t available, nor was the ability to hold our bags, and while totally understandable, we did, expect a 3p entry. We were told we would receive passcode 1 hr prior to checkin, however, even after multiple WhatsApp chatbot messages, didn’t receive. Luckily, we found a random guy onsite that helped us get in touch with someone for a code, because we didn’t hear back from the chatbot until almost 530pm...

Hotels.com failed to mention this was a third-party owned apartment within a large residential complex, and so my reservation was not in the system at the front desk. "Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment.
Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished.
I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods.
The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."
