"The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices."

"O hotel possui uma otima infraestrutura e funcionários bastante simpáticos. Entretanto, apresenta um café da manhã com opções limitadas e insatisfatórias. Existem poucos alimentos a la carte que acabam por qualificar a experiência. O hotel ainda precisa padronizar o processo de limpeza dos quartos e disponibilizar maior número de funcionários para agilizar demandas comuns dos hóspedes."

"In general, it was good. It was clean, had a good breakfast and most of the staff were very professional and friendly. The drawbacks were the delay in the checking, I had to wait almost two hours beyond the checking time and the Wi-Fi that was almost inexistent. The connection, even when I came down to the reception area, would not last more than a couple of minutes."

"The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the...
