Great beachfront hotel with awesome breakfast

Amazing buffet breakfast with so many choices of bread, meats, fresh fruit, juices, Brazilian specialties, omelets, etc. Location across from the beach was excellent—we walked along the waterfront & beach. There was a beginning surf excursion nearly in front of the hotel on the beach. Minor inconvenience was that the parking was valet not self park, but was quick & very low price per day.

Hotel limpo e com equipe muito solicita . O quarto tinha um barulho do ar condicionado que incomodava a noite . O café era muito bom e a localização era boa , apesar de a praia da frente não ser boa para banho .

Atendimento 100%, mas nem tudo são flores.

O atendimento do Best Western Maceió é excelente. Desde a chegada, check-in, restaurante, governança então é acima da curva. O que ninguém avisa é que há uma construção de um hotel no lado do Best Western. Ou seja, de segunda a sexta (horário comercial) e no sábado pela manhã barulho de obra. Se não bastasse tinha apartamento(s) do próprio hotel passando manutenção, ou seja, você quer descansar e sem mais nem menos começa uma furadeira de impacto ou rompedor no andar de cima do apartamento. Manutenções são necessários todo mundo entende, agora precisava isolar os apartamentos na volta daquele que vai passar por manutenção, pelo menos o barulho fica mais longe. Para quem vai à Maceió para passar o dia inteiro em praias OK, ao chegar no hotel após o horário comercial, não ouviu nada, mas para o meu caso que é a 4ª vez em Maceió e a 2ª nesse hotel, fiquei decepcionado. No meu entendimento falta gestão.

Estadia Excepcional!

Foi uma experiência sensacional, desde a chegada quando fomos muito bem recebidos, até o final da estadia. As acomodações são excelentes, muito conforto e ambiente super agradável. A equipe do hotel foi incrível, tenho apenas elogios a todos. A localização é ótima na Praia de Pajuçara. Reservei para esta data por ocasião do aniversário da minha esposa, que ficou encantada com o ambiente do hotel e ainda ganhou um bolo surpresa de aniversário. Obrigado por tudo!

Opção em Pajuçara

Uma ótima opção na orla de Pajuçara. 🤩 Room service somente até as 23 hs ☹️ Café da manhã somente até as 10 hs mesmo aos finais de semana ☹️ Quarto e banheiro espaçosos e confortáveis. Localização excelente.
