"Room smelled like cigarettes, went away after we turned on the ac. Bathroom’s shower tub was outdated and water spilled out immensely. The shower curtain did not do anything to prevent it. Laundry room hours were 10-10 which was terrible because we were out during those times being tourists and exploring the city. Was hoping we had 24 hour access to wash our clothes. Breakfast was good, however needs better labeling in English."

"The location was convenient and check in process was prettt seamless. Our room, as usual with the Hyatt, was large, comfortable and had everything we need. We were particularly impressed with the toilet! We paid extra for the Hyatt Club and had mixed experiences. The afternoon tea was extremely disappointing, as there were barely any food choices and when they ran out, they were not replenished. When we asked the staff, they became confused about the time and said that it would not be refilled. We also asked for some tea and this was somehow forgotten about and we had to re order. We thought that this might only be for one day, however it was consistent on both days. Barely any food choice and what was provided was sub standard. By contrast, the evening cocktails and food were fantastic. Plenty of choice and options which were very tasty and varied. The pool was heated which was very nice, however we were all made to wear hats which we have not experienced before. Check out process was pretty straightforward. The breakfast restaurant was fantastic and had a lot of variety as you would expect with Hyatt."

Pullman Shenzhen North

"We did so much research around the city to seek quiet rooms with criddles for our young baby. Pullman made it happen and was totally worth the time that we spent on researching. It is right beside the railway station and super walkable for the travellers with tons of luggage! There were loads of restaurants, malls and parks nearby. We stayed another few nights cuz the hotel was so convey. What a remarkable stay."
