I was half board and the food is really nice. We were able to get sun loungers even if we got to the pool early afternoon. Lunch was a reasonable price. Minimal queues at the aqua park. My children enjoyed the kids club and all the entertainment and activities. The pool was so much fun. The room is really nice with the children in their own room. Lots of wardrobe space. Bathroom is spacious. I was disappointed the beach is small stones rather than sand. The lift to our room didn't work a few times. I was told the taxi to the airport was 125 euros but he was on a meter.

Very good family hotel.

Very good family hotel. Waterpark is very good albeit some loungers around it would help parents. The entertainment staff are brilliant with adults and kids. Food was good. Beds weren’t the most comfortable and that would be my only criticism. Would definitely go back.

This is our second time staying here. It was lovely. Always clean from top to bottom. Great food. Lively environment. Great for kids as it always offered entertainment. Approx 7 min walk to train station. Indoor pool was closed this time ( I assume it is closed in summer time.) when we came last time it was in October and if I’m honest, the indoor pool needed a good deep clean and new grouting. Absolutely all the staff including the cleaning staff and cooks were lovely. Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful hotel

I literally cannot fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely with 3 pools, a indoor pool and water park. Right across the road from the beachfront. There are 2 bars and a snackbar and 2 pool bars. The room was cleaned everyday. The restaurant was big and the food was good with a great variety. The snack bar has a good menu if your not all inclusive. The staff were absolutely lovely. Anything you need just ask reception and they will help you. 2 little shops just across the road from thevmain entrance if you need a shop. All around this is a wonderful hotel

Honestly, I would stay here again and again. Everything was simply delightful. I had two kids in tow, 4 and 7, and they didn’t want to leave. The amount of activities and entertainment for them is insane! There’s always something going on, something to do. This allows for parental relaxation as well. We stayed in the family room, and it was absolutely perfect. Just recently renovated, and super clean. The pool view was super nice, as we could watch the nightly entertainment on our balcony, after the kids were in bed. We did half board, and I thought it was perfect. It allowed for us to go out and have lunch elsewhere if we wanted, but could also buy lunch on site, which was super reasonable. The drinks are super reasonably priced as well. On our day of departure, we were allowed to leave our luggage in a secure room, and could use all amenities until we left. I honestly have zero complaints. Would visit again and again!!

Great place! we chose this as it was close to the suburban train, about a 15-20 min. walk from Calella / Pineda De Mar stations and was also beachfront. the hotel was pretty cheap on the days we went and included breakfast buffet, but it was during the weekdays which was a factor. Can add additional all inclusive for lunch, dinner and bars as well! (though I believe you have to stay for a min.5 nights) Had 4 water areas: 2 outside pools, 1 waterpark (5 slides and kids unit), and 1 indoors. Really clean, all around. most likely will have a nice view whichever room you stay , as it faces either the ocean or mountains. had many recreational activities for both kids and adults throughout the day. Also we didn't expect to there to be daily night shows which were surprisingly very entertaining and enjoyable, and different each night, all of which were very talented! the towns were very walkable with many local shops for souvies. if you don't have the all inclusive, there are also many places to dine out, in town or by the beach which were great! there are also unique local transit options such as a trainshuttle for the kids. Beach is right across from the hotel, though the sand is abit coarse and hurts the feet, but it's still a beautiful beach! overall fantastic spot, highly recommend!

Loved that this property had a self-service laundry. Two older washers and one dryer. You pay the front desk for small tokens to use them. Just outside the gate and around the corner there’s a great outport garden restaurant named Restaurante Can Pepe’s, great service and good food. The water park was closed, not sure why. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but not any gluten free bread items. The snack bar has a good variety of foods (nachos, fedua, gelato, calamari, and gluten free pizza) to order between meals. Conveniently located across the street from the beach. You take stairs and a tunnel to get to beach by going under the train tracks. We could not get a single taxi to take us to Calella. Tried the GiTaxi app, tried calling, had the front desk attendant try- nothing. No taxis available so we walked way too much. Would’ve been nice for Ironman race to offer a shuttle all weekend, as it was the “official race hotel”, which meant nothing but an early Bfast on race morning. The hotel was nice but the distance to the race was not convenient. Stay in Calella for the race.

Just had a 5 day stay @ this hotel. I rarely leave hotel reviews but as a wheelchair user, it was a very difficult experience. Lift doors small, room layout bad. Pros:- location, clean, nice resources & entertainment 4 families, several pools, water park, bar areas are nice. Cons:- Reception staff. 2 standout staff members were Kelli and Charlotte (both Brits). I am a wheelchair user which was explained a week & few days before arrival. We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) from London & they don’t have accessible rooms for 4, only for 2 or 3. Meaning, a wheelchair user cannot come on holiday with their family! The room & hotel is wheelchair unfriendly. With wheelchair in the room, it was way 2 small for 4. Even when wheelchair was folded, room felt claustrophobic. I had requested a change of room in advance prior to check in was told this will be complied with. When I requested this on check in, I was asked for an extra €60 per night! I paid it initially, then changed my mind having to fork out so much extra for something I was told prior to arrival, would be made available to me. Especially as I paid the rate of £280 half board per night 4 a small room. Room so small, that 1 of the single beds for children, was right under the tv meaning no tv in the evenings cos it was too loud. Food in bars better than restaurant food. We spent over £250 on bar food/drinks alone cos restaurant food wasn’t enjoyable 4 us. And 1 child cut her finger on very sharp bathroom door
