"Clean room and right location for getting around Milan"

"We had a wonderful stay at Be Mate Tivoli during our visit to Milan. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of the Duomo, Brera, Sforza Castle, and many excellent restaurants and cafés. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well maintained. Although it wasn’t very large, it was more than sufficient for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only suggestions I would make would be to...

"Extremely thoughtful staff. The Co-working space is a nice benefit. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. Decor was modern and tasteful. Great location and awesome vibe. Due to a flight booking snafu, I ended up having to spend one more day than planned in Milan. So happy I found this place. I had been staying at a luxury hotel for my original stay and honestly enjoyed my stay at Urban Hive just as much if not more. Thanks to the staff for being friendly and kind."

"Check in was very easy. Andrea was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was 5 min walk. Location was fantastic. We were able to do laundry and use the kitchen for some refreshments. Air con was very good and needed during the heat wave. Bed was comfortable and shower was exceptionally. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about Andrea he is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for a wonderful stay."

"Hotel was nicely situated among many quality restaurants, close to the Duamo and other sites. Breakfast was included where assorted pastries were served in a buffet style, but main breakfast items were ordered off the menu through a wait staff. The room we had was very nice and quite large. Bed was comfortable, closet space was quite large, as was the shower, and separate claw footed tub. My only concern was there were no ports to charge phones, iPads, etc."
