"This is a beautiful historic hotel. It is close to the opera house and Verdi lived here. The room was extremely spacious with wonderful antique appointments. Great internet access, comfortable bedding, onsite restaurants and bar are delicious. Balcony was beautiful with enough room to have guests over in the evening. Walking distance to the Duomo, La Scala, and Galleria. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Milan.

"Loved the decor, the room space and cleanliness. Shampoo and soap smelled lovely. Front desk lady was really sweet and helpful. Area was perfect, accessible everywhere by walking. Feedback would be that the shower space is a little tight which is expected in Europe. Breakfast area feels a bit dark and options could be enhanced. "
"The room was the perfect size and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel couldn't be more convenient. We had lunch at Il Cairoli Restaurant, it was very delicious and the service great. Whenever we go back to Milan or Italy we will certainly look to stay at a UNA hotel."
