"I was very disappointed with the bed, as it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I asked if it could be changed, but I was told that all the beds in the hotel were the same. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I was supposedly staying in one of the hotel’s best rooms. I expected a much higher level of comfort, especially considering the quality of the room I had booked"

"Close to the beach and excellent breakfast! However, the actual room is not amazing, it’s functional but pretty old and depending on your floor, there’s no lift to get straight to it.
