This is a no frillls almost excellent hotel. The most important thing, cleanliness was a huge plus. The breakfast was also good. Nothing spectacular, but tasty. The gym is big and they keep it clean The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were extra friendly. Be prepared to carry your own luggage, and bring your own travel steamer or iron. Not a big sacrifice for the service.

Great for the price. Clean and comfortable. Decent restaurant. Parking is an extra $5 us and it is nearly impossible to park without having a super small car and doing a 15 point turn.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, great shower, fridge in rooms. Superb breakfast buffet including hot breakfast and lunch items (the beef stew was the best) and very good coffee. I used the wet sauna which was perfectly hot but I did not like that towels are not provided at the pool/sauna. The dry sauna was under repair. Very good location (walk to mall, supermarket, bus stop, and beach) and quiet for sleeping. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with the bed, as it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I asked if it could be changed, but I was told that all the beds in the hotel were the same. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I was supposedly staying in one of the hotel’s best rooms. I expected a much higher level of comfort, especially considering the quality of the room I had booked

A experiência no hotel foi maravilhosa, só gostaria de apontar que no dia de muita chuva entrou um pouco de água na janela, então seria bom conferir a vedação (quarto 2207). O metal também faz alguns barulhos quando começa esquentar, o que prejudica meu sono, mas quem não tem problemas com isso nem vai perceber. O restante, tudo perfeito, vista maravilhosa, quarto super limpo, equipe totalmente prestativa e atenciosa e a academia é excelente.

mesmo tendo passado por um checkin de 20minutos, a 1h da manha outro hóspede tenta abrir a porta do meu quarto, acordo e comunico que o quarto tá ocupado, 2min depois recebo um telefonema da recepção perguntando meu nome, pq nao consta lá que o quarto estava ocupado ocupado. a luz entra por cima da cortina black-out, e o elevador passou a noite fazendo barulho. quarto limpo.

Na minha chegada o ar condicionado deu um pipoco e saiu faísca. Como era tarde da noite (cheguei depois das 21h), optei por dormir sem ar condicionado e avisar no dia seguinte a recepção. No dia seguinte saí após o café da manhã e avisei do ocorrido e pq nao avisei na hora pq estava cansado da viagem suspeitando uma possivel remoção de quarto. Avisei que iria sair e só voltaria a noite. A atendente disse que ira notificar a manutenção naquela hora. Enfatizei que teriam tempo suficiente para avaliar pq voltaria somente a noite. Na chegada a noite lá pelas 22h questionei se o problema havia sido resolvido. Para mimha surpresa a recepcionista disse que não havia nenhuma passagem de informação pelo turno anterior. Lamentável
