The lady that checked us in was so nice and very helpful the property was clean rooms where clean. Pool and hot tub area was nice. However the beds are rock Hard couldnt sleep on them our key card it took several fast swipess to get into the hotel and our room and our breakfast was room temperature. Had some men watching my 17 year old daughter and 15 year old niece the last night we was there in the pool. Told front desk at check out. Hope they put cameras in the pool area or something.

Clean room, friendly staff, indoor pool, however the bed was too firm, bed pillows were the size of throw pillows, door keys have to be reprogrammed every day, and they serve the same breakfast every day without alternating.

The check in process was quick and easy. The young ladies at the front desk were nice, friendly, and professional. The only thing with the whole stay was the marijuana smell going into the building we were staying in. The location of the hotel was fantastic and a short drive to Dollywood.

Don’t go by the pics cause it’s a lot smaller in person. The pool, the room, and how the room looks. We went by pics and were very disappointed when we got there. Breakfast was awesome lots to choose from! Staff was amazing! Will definitely go back.

The room itself was a positive aspect of our stay. It was spacious, clean, appeared to have been updated somewhat recently, and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel could use some attention. The hallways feel dated and have that musty, older-hotel smell. However, that smell was almost preferable to the overwhelming smell of marijuana that greeted us nearly every time we stepped off the elevator or left our room, which was located directly across from it. To make matters worse, the guests in the room next to us slammed their door repeatedly throughout the night, literally every few minutes. This continued all night long and made it extremely difficult to sleep. Needless to say, we got very little rest during our weekend stay. While the room itself was decent for the price, the overall experience was disappointing, especially due to the persistent odors and lack of peace and quiet. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I don't think we would choose to stay here again.

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were nice. There were a table and two chairs on each balcony. Painters were actively working on projects. It was a good place to stay.

There were a lot of people checking in when I checked in but the transaction was still smooth and pretty quick. The staff was very courteous and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable with sliding door access to the balcony . Great breakfast choices and plenty of parking space. Indoors pool and jacuzzi area was amazing
