"Outside hotel needs a refresh. Beautiful gardens etc. Public areas are great. The buffet is ok but some food appears to be lightly cooked ie sausages. Chairs in di ing room hit and miss as wobbly, staff often unable to understand stuff. Room was musty, bathroom dated, no spare plugs, no usb, basically room needed to be updated. Balcony very bland, great view but no plants. Bar areas excellent and coffee good. Pool area good as well. Position of hotel fine, they did provide a shuttle to main town but that ended 8pm. "

"Air-conditioning did not work when I entered roomcalled front desk send in a technician who gave false reassurance that it will start cooling later I told him but he insisted, at night when it was hot and difficult to sleep they said they don't have technician and we have to suffer through, NOT AN APPROPRIATE STRATEGY AT ALL TO CAUSE GUEST COMFORT "

"Stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Had a lot of useful items in the room like a microwave, iron etc. The sea view was beautiful and beds were clean and comfy. Wish it had some tissues and a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also good and had a variety of food. Location was great too and had a lot of restaurant options nearby and I was able to travel to all different areas of Malta for cheap and with ease. Even though the outside area was busy with other tourists and cars, you couldn’t hear anything in the room and it was quiet in the building."

"We chose to stay at the Hyatt for a special birthday coupled with a much needed break. We enjoyed a pleasant welcome and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The team went above and beyond to recognise the birthday and it made the stay even more special. The house keeping staff were exceptional and the room was always clean and restocked etc. Breakfast was very good: lovely restaurant, friendly staff, great food and a large choice of hot and cold dishes, fruits, cereals, pastries, coffees and juices. The hotel was generally quiet and the king bed was extremely comfortable, so we slept well. Overall it was a lovely experience and we would be pleased to return."

"Good central location room was clean we got a room with a balcony with a nice view of the pool and lake and bus outside the hotel and pool was nice, breakfast is decent but could have better options for other religions, staff was ok and the area everything is very close by like restaurants and a shopping centre"
