Devossion By Live Aqua Playa del Carmen All Inclusive - Adults Only

Devossion By Live Aqua Playa del Carmen All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent
"The resort was beautiful, the service was the best I have ever had traveling to Mexico. The food was great. My only complaint is I didn't like the menu about 80% of the menu is seafood and I'm not a big seafood eater. The service at the resort was so good they made me off menu meals that were fabulous. Now that's a 5* vacation."

The Reef Coco Beach Resort & Spa- Optional All Inclusive

The Reef Coco Beach Resort & Spa- Optional All Inclusive

8/10 Good
"The property is a smaller resort but nice for a short trip. The room was on the smaller side, but had everything needed. The food was mostly good with a variety of options at the buffet. However, the Latin restaurant lacked good service, welcoming atmosphere and food options. The Italian restaurant was better but portions were small. I would suggest having the snack bar waiters come to guests at the pool to take orders instead of requiring guests to sit at the tables. It would also be great to have waiters come take drink orders by the pool rather than using the bar or swim up bar as the only option. Also, in room dining service or delivery would be a welcomed addition. Overall, for a short trip, this resort is sufficient. Nightly entertainment was fun but could be better. The massage at the beach was wonderful. Timeshare staff are a little pushy."

"O hotel é ótimo, próximo a Quinta Avenida onde há grande comércio, ao Walmart e rodoviária. O quarto é grande e confortável, os funcionários são gentis, com um sorriso no rosto para lhe atender, dispostos a ajudar. A área de lazer é muito boa, com atividades diversas e recreação. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tem uma cafeteria bem gostosa que fica aberta até as 23 horas. Porém, Praia del Carmen não tem mar azul"

Playa Palms Beach Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"This place is amazing and gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved staying here, it was quiet yet right near all the action. The only issue I had was that it advertised on Expedia that there was a gym nearby that we could use and while that is technically true, you have to pay full price to use that gym, it’s not in any way associated with this hotel or included in the price. I talked to the staff about it and they said it was an issue with Expedia. Still a five star experience. Note also: you can’t go in the water here, it’s rocky."
