"The resort was very clean, great nightly entertainment, beautiful beach and the trainers at the fitness center were on point. The food was good at scores, the buffet and steak house. Downside: the waitress Adriane at Grazies introduced herself as "I'm tired", and my friends and I waited almost 2 hours for our meal at the Carribean restaurant only to get cold food, per the waitress- the servers didnt want to serve our food. "Loved how friendly and helpful the entire staff at the resort were. Our room and property were very clean. Special kudos to our pool bartender Crisheida who was awesome. All the food, even the buffets were good, but they advertise 6 restaurants and most of our stay only two were open most nights for dinner. Also our beachfront room had beautiful views, but our beach ( the Atlantic side) was unusable because of all the seaweed. Only the Mamora Bay beach was usable, but very nice."

"This was a stopover hotel prior to arriving at Sandals. Even so, charging for a lock to secure the safe? There are no dining facilities on property at all. Duct tape on the floor hatch? This place could actually be good if someone put some time effort and money into it"
