"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."

"Fine location in a Residential area. Close to center and supermarket. Fine kitchen equipment. When I arrived the floor was very dirty. After mid week cleaning, everything was VERY clean. Hot water was random and some elevators issues. I will recommend this place in Valencia. "

"Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! "Prima hotel, netjes. Kamers zijn ruim en modern (helaas badkamer niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst). Jammer dat we moesten wachten voordat kamers klaar waren. Deels begrijpelijk omdat je pas vanaf 16.00 erin mag. Maar toen was er pas 1 kamer klaar. Heerlijke grote douche, wc is afgescheiden met glazen deur. Ligging ook prima, 2 winkelcentra aan de overkant. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid en wordt continu aangevuld. Al met al prima hotel. Zou zeker nog een keer teruggaan."
