"It is a great hotel situated right across from the Milan Central train station! For us being a family with kids it was super convenient. We walked right out of the station and were at the hotel in a 3 minutes walk! We ordered room service and it was good and arrived in a timely fashion. The Hotel and rooms were clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful!

"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room and hotel overall were so clean and nice, and the breakfast was really good. I also had a medical issue where I needed to go to the local hospital. The staff got us a taxi and checked-in on us after, which we really appreciated. "The room was old but spacious. The biggest drawback was the stairway entrance; if staff weren't present, we had to carry our own luggage up to the lobby. Additionally, the air conditioning was problematic, likely due to an outdated system. I had to call an employee to reset it, which was a time-consuming process."
