"Great location to station as well as centre. My room was delux and very nice. The view of mount Etna fantastic. Disappointed with the room service, better not to clean at all. All the cleaner did was to make the bed. Never cleaned anything, I forgot to flush toilet and found it the same. Dust on the floor, bed cover had stains on it, clean towels not given and no toiletries replaced. Vincenzo was excellent and gave me so much needed advice. Overall great place to stay but they need to replace...
