"Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. "We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted by Francesca, who helped me with my Italian. She was very pleasant! The room was directly on the piazza, and I could look out. my window and see the shops and restaurants. There were all kinds of places to eat around the hotel, and I felt very safe walking around In the square. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Lake Como. "
