Très bon rapport qualité prix

Très agréable séjour, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville depuis les terrasses. Grande chambre confortable, silencieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et convivial et Luciano est un hôtel francophone delicieux. Bien avoir en tête qu'une voiture est indispensable, contrepartie de la vue qui nécessite d'être loin du centre-ville.

Très belle maison bourgeoise et beau jardin au calme avec un excellent accueil de Luciano. Bon conseils pour la restauration. Un vrai "bed and breakfast". Pdj excellent.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hilltop villa for one night so that we could easily visit the nearby Villa Romana del Casale. Unfortunately, the weather had turned cold and rainy so we could not truly enjoy the beauty of the setting. However, we loved the villa, with its incredibly high ceilings and antique furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast generous, but most of all, we appreciated the warmth and kindness of our host, Luciano. We were especially tickled to learn that he, like us, is a runner--in fact, we learned that all three of us had run the Rome marathon in the same year! Highly recommended.

L’accueil a été très chaleureux et le propriétaire fait tout ce qui est dans son possible pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. D’ailleurs il parle très bien le français ce qui a grandement facilité la communication. La chambre est confortable et propre avec une vue panoramique magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits régionaux et des fruits frais. Il n’y a pas de problème pour le stationnement et le quartier est très tranquille. La proximité de la ville et de la Villa Romaine du Casale est un grand avantage.

Very welcoming and great location!

The room was very comfortable and this great family run hotel had everything we wanted. Breakfast was great, the views were beautiful. It is really well located for the major historical sites in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Luciano was nice and super accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at his B&B. He made sure breakfast is ready and there’s always bottled water and fruits available for guests snacks. The property has a beautiful view of the town right on the hills. Wonderful quiet at night. Highly recommended for stay at Piazza Armerina!

Lovely place

This was a very nice experience. The house is cozy (not luxurious but very comfortable), greatly located with a beautiful view on the town, and the service by the owner, Luciano, is professional & delightfully warm at the same time.

3 jours / 3 days @ Casa sulla collina d’oro

Luciano est un hôte merveilleux, qui parle un français très correcte, sa maison est sublime avec une vue magnifique sur Piazza Armerina. Nous avions une chambre dans une dépendance de la maison, très calme. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous ayons eu en Sicile. Les serveuses qui s’en occupent sont adorables et aux petits soins. Nous sommes arrivés par le bus, et nous avons tout fait à pied ou en navette, assez facilement (sauf la navette, il faut se rendre devant l’hôtel Villa Romana, sinon le service est plutôt mystérieux). Nous recommandons vivement si vous venez dans ce joli coin de la Sicile. Luciano is a wonderful host, who speaks very decent French, his house is sublime with a magnificent view of Piazza Armerina. We had a room in an outbuilding of the house, very quiet. The breakfast is the best we have had in Sicily. The waitresses who take care of it are adorable and very caring. We arrived by bus, and we did everything on foot or by shuttle, quite easily (except the shuttle, you have to go in front of the Hotel Villa Romana, otherwise the service is rather mysterious). We highly recommend if you come to this lovely corner of Sicily.

A beautiful view of the city of Piazza Armerina, and the owner and his wife couldn’t have been more charming. Delicious breakfast. One minor glitch was that the property did not seem to have a street number and was difficult for us to find but the owner readily available by phone and our search ended well

S'il y a un endroit où loger à Piazza Armerina c'est bien celui-là. Magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Pied-à-terre idéal si vous restez là pour la nuit. Très bon accueil.

The host was lovely, and the view excellent! It is a close distance form the Roman Villa and the roman villa is well worth a visit.Our guide boos suggested that we get to the Roma Villa early in the day , long before the buses get there.That was such good advise! We were glad that we stayed so close. We packed our bags in the morning, and left them just inside the door of the in while we toured the mosaics, picked up our bags and went on with our trip.Again , well worth doing.

Great place to stay over

Great place. Parking available at the place. Amazing view from the terrace. Good shower with proper pressure. The aircon was not working properly. We've got a lot of mosquito bites during night so bring repellant. Breakfast table was amazing and host very friendly. Would totally recommend!

Merci à nos hôtes

Un accueil extrêmement sympathique et... en français. Luciano nous propose une chambre dans son autre maison car la vue y est plus belle encore et c'est vrai. Petit déjeuner excellent avec de très bons produits. Notre seul petit bémol concerne le matelas trop dur à notre goût, ressorts perceptibles de manière un peu désagréable. Une excellente adresse pour un séjour réussi !

Lorenzo, the owner, gave us the feeling that we had come home. He helped in every way he could to make us comfortable and pleasant. Homemade and fun breakfast. An amazing comfortable cathedral.

This has got to be the most beautiful view in Piazza Armerina, and getting there, as they say, is half the fun. The house is beautifully appointed, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Gabriela could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Five stars all around!

Great B&B!

Great B&B for visiting Piazza Armerina and Villa Romana. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing and the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is served with something for everyone, and not to missed is Luciano's olive oil. I highly recommend this B&B. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. They go out of their way to make your experience memorable.

Très bel endroit avec une vue sublime

Ce gîte est un endroit merveilleux et son propriétaire très sympathique, prévenant et parlant couramment le français. Dommage que les chambres du bas (qui ne se trouvent pas dans la maison principale) soient vraiment d’un niveau aussi mediocre par rapport aux lieux.

LOVELY PLACE!

The local area very historical and unforgettable--a part of Sicily that we were delighted to see. This B and B is amazingly beautiful. The rooms aren't luxurious but they're comfortable and clean; the breakfast room is really homely and has a lovely view. The property has trees and flowers and is just lovely. The owners are extremely pleasant and helpful. I will not forget eating fresh mulberries picked from the tree with Gabriella. Mil Grazie!
